Fasting is one of those spiritual disciplines that often feels confusing and, let’s be honest, hard to do! But God is always calling us higher. And that includes incorporating God-honoring practices to grow in intimacy with Him. When you feel an awakening in your spirit you have to lean into that.
When I got a note from a listener asking me to an episode on this practice, I knew exactly who to invite to teach us about prayer and fasting!
