Our guests are Dmytro Tuzhansky, director of the Institute for Central European Strategy, and Maxim Samurokov, a fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The host is Tamás Péter Baranyi, Director for Strategy at our Institute. The episode, among others, deals with the following questions: What does the war mean for Ukraine? What are Russia’s aims?
