This episode discusses the different medical insurance eligibility requirements for the State to receive funding. Who usually qualifies under the political subdivision of the State and how the Act entraps the State into attacking itself against its own “political subdivision,” little do it knows or cares about, in order to receive funding fraudulently. ***Note correction*** I said, misdemeanor, but I meant for “felony.” However, either or doesn’t mean “human being.” The statute are written against mostly county and agency “body corporates/corporates/entities,” which causes the most harm against the public/human beings.
