Week 9 Day 4 - Today's affirmation is "I am Saying Yes to Life . . . I am Saying Yes to Virtues that I see in Myself and Others."
Today we chat about virtues: seeing then in ourselves and others, praising then in ourselves and others, and developing then in ourselves. We talk about slowing down when life hits us with challenges. And we talk about the emotional benefits on how Lime essential oil, like the sun can help melt off emotional burdens and restore zest for left.
