Sir Robby is the Director of the Center for Kapampangan Studies, Head of Student Affairs & Vice President for External Affairs of Holy Angel University in Pampanga. He is the author of two books, “Destiny and Destination" and "Pinatubo: The Volcano in our Backyard" which won a National Book Award.

He is the scriptwriter of several films including, Aria in 2018 and Ari My Life with the King in 2015 which won as Festival Prize Winner in the 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival; and won Best Screenplay in the 2016 Gawad Urian.
