Tim shares insights into his financial career including 24 years working for L'Oréal, the largest cosmetics and beauty company in the world with revenues amounting to about 40 billion U.S. dollars.
Tim’s roles at L'Oréal include Global Domain Leader Operations Finance Transformation in Paris and SVP Finance Corporate Operations, the Americas Zone. He was promoted several times and responsible for providing overall financial leadership, planning and strategy for 14 manufacturing plants and 35 distribution centres located in 13 countries in the America's Zone. In addition to managing and piloting significant operating and capital expenditure budgets which run into billions of U.S. dollars, Tim was functionally responsible for over 70 finance professionals.
Tim is now Group Finance Director (CFO) at Wyevale Nurseries Ltd. Tim and the team at Wyevale Nurseries are doing some incredible things. Tim shares leadership insights and gives some valuable advice if you want to pursue a career in finance. His personal mantra is "never be satisfied" which Tim believes stops complacency. He also shares tips on how to get unstuck and strive for what you want in life.
