Glenn Sanford, Founder, CEO and Chairman of eXp World Holdings, hosts eXpansion, a weekly podcast about #ProfessionalDevelopment and #PersonalGrowth, with eXp Realty ICON agents. On this week's episode, Glenn sits down with Michael Weisman, a two time ICON agent out of Richmond, Maine.
Michael Weisman is the Founder and Team Leader of the Real Property Team at eXp Realty. He and his team are based in Maine, and cover most of the state with a growing team of 10 licensed agents and three administrative assistants. Michael has been a licensed agent for 4.5 years, and with eXp Realty since October of 2020. He is a two time ICON agent, and is on track to ICON again for a 3rd time. His specialty is leveraging technology, social media, and video to grow market share and to generate a steady stream of inbound leads to support his growing team. Michael has a background in Film & TV Production, and is also an active real estate investor with a growing portfolio of both long and short-term rental properties. When not running the team, he enjoys spending time with his wife and six kids (three of whom are licensed agents with eXp and part of his team). He also enjoys sailing, kayaking, and the occasional game of chess.
