Dr. Jared Sinclair, a seasoned leadership and capacity-building expert with over 25 years of experience leading specialized teams across diverse industries. His focus is enhancing business, operational, and leadership capacity for high performance and growth. Dr. Sinclair possesses a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. in Financial Management.

Before co-founding PerformanceDDS™, Dr. Sinclair served as a US Marine, law enforcement special units supervisor, crisis negotiator, government contractor and consultant, and business consultant. He went on to establish the Sinclair Performance Institute®, through which he partners with executives and teams to coach and consult them in the assessment and development of strategies for capacity-building, performance improvement, and growth.

Guided by his innovative S.M.A.C.K. Philosophy, Dr. Sinclair empowers organizations, teams, and individuals to enhance effectiveness, navigate change, and strengthen leadership and team-building capabilities.
