Joint venturing is one of the quickest ways to accelerate both your business growth, but your partner's business growth, okay? And Sheera who do you sell to? Who's your customer base, mostly? Women of what age? Women 35 to 60, homeowners? Who here provides a service to homeowners? What's your service? Real estate property management services? Do you manufacture clothing? Do you do Property Management Services? No. So they have non competitive businesses. They're complementary, but they're talking to the same people, right? So Debbie can write a letter on behalf of Sheera to all of her clients like hey, listen, I just met this woman. She's fabulous, she's–you want to see the clothing she has surely been guaranteed delivery, right? That was kind of a joke. He didn't like that one was still reeling from that one. Sheera is gonna say, Hey, I've–you know, in my travels with a lot of you, you've mentioned that you have a you have other properties and you might need some property management or real estate services. I just met someone who's fabulous, and I'd like to introduce you to her. And you just cross promote and write letters on behalf of each other. It's non competitive. Oh, and by the way, when you go to Sheera’s website and you go to Debbie's website, you're gonna see some pricing, you're not gonna have to pay that because we've worked out a special deal just as a thank you for being our customer.
