Donna is joined by author and functional health expert, Dr Mindy Pelz in this episode all about the power of intermittent fasting. Donna and Mindy talk about the benefits of fasting to the human body, particularly the differences between men and women. They also discuss the incredible function fasting plays on our hormones and how much of a role this can therefore play in many areas of our lives.

Dr Mindy also talks about her upcoming book Fast like a Girl and how she breaks down the many benefits and techniques in an easy-to-consume format, utilising her knowledge and expertise as both a Dr and an author.
