What are oxalates and what is their role in many different health issues and concerns? In part 2, Donna is joined again by nutritionist and oxalate expert Sally K Norton. She is the author of the upcoming release "Toxic Superfoods" and shares her expansive knowledge not just on oxalates but also on how easy it is to make ‘healthy eating’ mistakes that are detrimental to your health.

Her prior career included health professions education in the principles and practices of integrative medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and public health research design and administration at Virginia Commonwealth University.
