Every great new officer (or hopeful) always asks what they should work on. Fitness, hitting the legal books. Geography? Learning radio codes?
Beyond values, (probably worth another episode!) it’s all about skills and skill development. What your training provides you, and how you delve into it with your own resolve through training and experience. These are crucial things to think about for rookies to trainers to supervisors alike.
