This is the story of Rachel Haith
At the end of a 17 year career in the Royal Air Force, Rachel found her self belief and her self worth in tatters.
Having worked for promotion, being told by her peers and her superiors officers that she deserved promotion, only to be passed over time and time again, she was left confused, deflated and utterly demoralised.
But Rachel found a way through from a feeling of complete unworthiness to regaining her self respect as she transitioned from a life in the services to a life beyond the RAF and a life of service.
Her shredded self belief became her super power as she learned to define her own self worth, and as an empowerment coach, she now helps others to do more, be more and achieve more!
The dream: To be able do the dreaded school run and be there for the school plays, the sports days and not on an immovable shift pattern. To have flexibility and be in charge of her own destiny. And to help and inspire others to see that there are choices, there's hope and above all, there's a possibility to live your best life.
