Wow, Iv'e been chasing this episode for 2 years! I finally was able to sit down with Founder and Master Brewer of 2Row Brewing Brian Coleman and be put on game! We talk 2Row, home brewing, learning and having a focus on yeast. Brian and I also discuss the new location and sprawling location which is 2Row in Midvale, UT in the Salt Lake Valley.
